Custom software
The tool that runs your process, not a generic version to adapt to. It usually replaces the spreadsheets, emails and separate portals somebody is holding together by hand today.
Every company has its own way of working, built up over years and made of exceptions no manual accounts for. A subscription system asks you to give that up; we start from it. We build the tool around the process you have and the people who run it every day, because they are the ones who will spend their days inside it.

Records, roles and permissions, approval flows, history. If the product is going to be resold, we set it up whitelabel from the start: changing brand and configuration must not require a second codebase.
Applications that live in the browser, with nothing to install and no store to pass. Next.js and TypeScript, with rendering chosen page by page: static where content does not change, dynamic where it depends on the user.
React Native with Expo, or Flutter when full control of the interface matters. One codebase, two stores. We propose fully native only when the project genuinely needs it, and we say why.
An attendance system you can already buy: when the right answer exists, we put it to work instead of building one from scratch.
Read the case→Five areas of a hospitality business in a single system, in place of spreadsheets and separate portals.
Read the case→The same system resold whitelabel to practices, centres and individual professionals.
Read the case→It depends on how much it has to do, and a first version always does less than the list you start with. The first step is writing the scope down: that produces an estimate with a range, not a single figure. A vertical management system with an admin area and a user area typically starts in the tens of thousands; a first version narrowed to one flow costs considerably less.
The subscription, nearly always, as long as it covers the work. Custom becomes worth it when the manual work left outside costs more than the price difference, or when the process that sets you apart is exactly the one no standard product runs. If you are in the first case we will say so, even though it means not selling you anything.
You do. Repository, infrastructure and credentials are in your name from day one, not handed over at the end. If you ever change supplier there is nothing to retrieve: it is already where it belongs.
We work in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, so the first thing you can use arrives well before the end. For a vertical management system a usable first version typically takes two to four months, depending on how many integrations it has to carry from the start.
Launch is day one. We stay for maintenance, fixes and new features, with an agreed backlog and priorities decided together. It is not a mandatory contract: since the code is yours, you can take it elsewhere.
Tell us about the process that does not work. We reply within 24 hours, with a first 30-minute call and no commitment.
