He works closely with design and development to ensure every technical decision has a measurable human impact.

Co-founder of BeVibes.Tech, Lorena brings a unique sensitivity at the intersection of psychology, design and user experience. She owns product vision and every choice about how people interact with what we build. She's the voice that reminds the team every interface is a conversation, not a funnel.

Matteo is CTO of BeVibes.Tech and CEO of H2Bit in Bologna. He brings a mature architectural vision and the experience of leading two complementary technical realities, keeping the bar high on the code that ships to production. He's the technical hinge between the two companies and the guarantor of engineering quality on the products we sign together.

Alessia runs BeVibes.Tech's financial sustainability with a surgical approach: realistic budgets, transparent invoicing, solid tax planning. She turns numbers into operational decisions the whole team can understand, and maintains the administrative rigour that lets the creative side of the work move without unnecessary constraints.

Massimo is the technical bridge between idea and product. He works across BeVibes.Tech's full stack: Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, AI integrations, Vercel infrastructure. He has a stated preference for simple solutions, readable code and architectures that age well. He believes performance isn't an add-on, it's the natural consequence of good design decisions.

Michele brings a rare mix to BeVibes.Tech: the analytical precision of someone who works on traditional finance and blockchain technologies, and the balance of someone who teaches yoga by vocation. He owns financial strategy on projects that touch digital economies, tokenomics and reward mechanics, the area where BeVibesApp lives. His approach cements a truth we believe in: technical solidity and personal solidity are the same work done from different angles.
