E-commerce project — Performance-first storefront with headless backend
A custom e-commerce co-built with H2Bit: dynamic catalogue, integrated payments, performance and SEO at the centre from the first line of code.
The problem
Standard e-commerce platforms were built to cover 90% of average cases, and that forces every serious brand to bend its product to template limitations. Painful migrations, weak mobile performance, limping SEO, transaction costs eating margins. When a brand starts growing, the starting platform stops scaling with it and accumulated compromises become a structural brake.
The solution
We're building a custom, headless e-commerce experience designed to last. Next.js frontend with strategic rendering (static where SEO matters, dynamic where needed), decoupled commerce backend so we can change provider without rewriting the site, Stripe-integrated payments, Core Web Vitals optimised from day one. The project is co-built with H2Bit in Bologna: BeVibes on user experience and frontend architecture, H2Bit on backend solidity and operational integrations.

Results
The project is in active development. The commercial name and brand identity are being defined. The current phase focuses on technical foundation and catalogue data architecture, ahead of go-to-market.
What we learned
Building e-commerce means accepting that the product is a living system: every added feature must be measured against checkout performance, the only metric that really pays the bills. Everything else — showcase pages, immersive experiences, animations — is subordinated to that curve. That's why we treat the storefront as an engineering product, not as a website.
