Hostipando — The all-in-one management platform for B&Bs

Running a B&B today means juggling ten different tools: a sheet for rates, an app for payments, a site for direct bookings, an OTA for third-party ones, a notebook for the minibar. The result is double work, sync errors, hours wasted holding together data that should already be talking. Existing platforms are built for large hotels — too expensive and complex for properties under twenty rooms.

Hostipando is designed for real operators of small and mid-size hospitality businesses. A single dashboard for direct and OTA bookings, dynamic rate management, integrated payments, minibar control and daily operations. Co-developed with H2Bit in Bologna, it pairs our experience in human-centered products with their engineering solidity on management stacks. The goal is removing operational friction from hosts.

Hostipando is in active development as a joint venture between BeVibes.Tech and H2Bit. The first modules (bookings, rates, payments) are entering testing on real partner properties. Public launch is planned after iterating on field feedback.

The hospitality market is a good lab to study the real value of management software: it's not the number of features, it's how fast the least technical user can close an operation. Onboarding choices and UX micro-decisions impact satisfaction far more than any advanced capability. We're building Hostipando with this compass.
