Arti Motorie — Whitelabel management platform for physiotherapy practices

Physiotherapy professionals share a silent operational problem: every patient brings a puzzle of documents, prescriptions, insurance authorisations, treatment cycles, receipts. Managing this information by hand eats time that should stay in the clinic, next to the patient. Existing solutions are usually built for the general practitioner, ignoring the specifics of body-region work, rehabilitation cycles and insurance contracts.

Arti Motorie is a whitelabel management platform vertical to physiotherapy. Patient records with a map of treated body areas, practitioner records with specialisations and availability, treatment cycle management, integration with insurance providers for authorisations and reimbursements, payments and invoicing. Whitelabel architecture: licensees customise brand, domain and flows on their own needs. Co-developed with H2Bit in Bologna.

The project is in active development, with the first core modules (patient records, scheduling, treated areas) being tested at a pilot studio in Emilia-Romagna. The roadmap plans insurance contract integration as the next milestone.

Working in healthcare requires a different discipline from consumer products: every screen is used under pressure, with the patient in the room, and every second added to a flow multiplies by the number of monthly patients. The lesson we keep is to design for the worst case — rushed operator, impatient patient, unstable internet — not for the ideal one.
